• Function of neighbor cell planning and optimization：ZXPOS CNO1 can perform the neighbor cell planning based on cells’ geographical distribution, check up the neighbor cell configuration of the current network to find out the missed neighbor cells, and give proposals on cells to be added as neighbor or removed from neighbors according to the times of successful/failed handoff among cells within the whole network range. ZXPOS CNO1 can graphically display the neighbor cells’ handoff status and adjust neighbor cells’ configuration on map.
• Ability of querying and checking-up parameter configuration：ZXPOS CNO1 supports the browsing and querying on the configuration of parameters of various entities. Its parameter checking-up function also makes it be able to examine and validate the correctness and rationality of parameters of the whole network.
• Ability of querying alarms based on multiple respects：ZXPOS CNO1 supports alarm query and statistics based on time range, alarm type, alarm cause or alarm priority.
• Ability of automatically detecting and locating network problems：ZXPOS CNO1 allows the user to self-define the network problem, set the occurrence thresholds of performance for network problems and make a free combination using these thresholds logically. The system then can implement automatic diagnosing and locating network problems based on these combined conditions and give general solutions and performance-improving suggestions with the assistance of expert database.
