The procedures below are not negotiable, and BCL is a must.

1-ICPO with BCL with soft probe authorization (Top 25 prime banks) amust.

 

2-Seller/ Buyer sign final contract.

 

3-Seller will issue Performa Invoice with vessels details.

 

4-Buyer will open the MT103/23 conditional or L/C to the seller's bank while seller's bank will send full pop including SGS+B/L all documents to activate payment instrument

 

5-vessels get redirected to buyer's destination port

Please note, we will not give SGS or B/L until the buyer opens theMT103/23.

             Our firm  have had  discussions with the Village chieftain and their lawyer, they are  asking us if again  we can help them to  find any investor developer for a project in said area.  In the Mid 1990's we had a vision to turn this largely undeveloped area in a world class Zoological / safari and theme park .
 
Only a few minutes drive from this idealic area is a fast developing tourism area with several hotels, casinos , golf courses and duty free shopping
 
Our goal is to have jobs awarded to the villagers as much a possible and provide skills training, crop growing to be used for animal feeds and restaurants.
